Did another time up the range the other day, took the time down to 5:07, probably the most pain I have been in for while. Arms pumped out, hands could hardly grip the bars and it was a stuggle to keep it upright. Was it work it? Hell yeah..

Road Racing Hurts

Up here on the Sunny Coast we have a night crit every second Tuesday, and last night I finally made it to one. We had 5 guys from Noosa racing, so we were keen to leave a lasting impression. We had a plan, but like usual in road racing, nothing ever goes to plan! but I have to say chasing wheels in the dark at 40-50km/h is kinda fun!
